BluFin intends to protect the privacy of its users registered with the BluFin website being www.blufin.in and the data provided by them to BluFin (which means to include BluFin and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, group companies, subsidiaries, agents, representatives or subcontractors) from time to time. This website does not collect PII about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide it. BluFin and its service partners and authorized third parties use your PII to create unique customized market indices, indicators and tools in order to provide a vibrant investment oriented platform enriched by expert and user generated content.

Access to BluFin domain
Access to BluFin and any other domains as may be operated by BluFin through your computer/laptop as well as BluFin applications and the software designed to support your mobile/cell phone/tablet or other communication devices has been provided to give you ready and convenient access to BluFin products and services by way of updates, notifications, news, etc. and to keep you abreast of such information/analysis, as it may not be possible for you to have continued access to BluFin through your computer device. All rights, privileges, property and Intellectual Property contained in the software designed for such downloadable applications shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of BluFin. You will not be authorized to copy, reproduce or license the rights contained therein or create similar software by unauthorized use of the source code/object code contained in the software or run a similar program to support other applications on your/third party’s mobile/cell phone/tablet or other communication device.
Tracking IP addresses
You understand, acknowledge and confirm your awareness that our computer systems will track the IP addresses of the computer/laptop or other device that you may use to access our website and any other domains as may be operated by BluFin. Any attempt on your part to modify, tamper, copy, distribute, transmit, resell, redistribute, broadcast, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, frame, create derivative works from, transfer, or otherwise use in whole or in part any information, software, data, database, or Intellectual Property contained in the products or services obtained from the BluFin website and any other domains as may be operated by BluFin or use such information, software, or Intellectual Property in a searchable, machine-readable database, or for any other illegitimate or unauthorized purposes, will be immediately traced.
Tracking IP addresses will not only help us secure our privacy but our systems will also intimate you in the event of any unusual activity being traced from an IP addresses which identifies your computer/laptop or other device.
The IP addresses tracked by Blufin are only intended at providing protection to the privacy and confidentiality of BluFin. BluFin does not intend at tracking any personal details, files forming part of your web browsing history, password inputs, login details, or any other information which may be supplied to BluFin by virtue of tracking such IP addresses.
Data Retention and Use of Personal Data
BluFin has been exclusively established to transform the inherent and conventional attitude of prospective investors towards financial and stock markets by creating a unique investment community and smart investment mechanisms to gain investor confidence in an unbiased and transparent manner. Our products include macroeconomic and market indices, innovative portfolio tools and other indicators designed at creating strong databases and indices. Such a mechanism calls for high-end research, scientific methodology and rigorous analysis of the data provided to BluFin by the prospective investors as well as data gathered by BluFin’s search and research engines. Such data may be used by BluFin in creating compilations, databases, analysis, etc. BluFin reserves the right to retain such data provided by you permanently.
